Package full payment before 15 days of journey.
* All hotel checkout 8AM check-in 9AM follow rule strictly***
* All tour (especially Andaman) depends on weather & Ship Schedule. Company will not responsible for any changes of weather & ship Schedule***
***Specially Diglipur & Rangat is Remote Place. Their hotel available only Budget & Standard Category. Party want to upgrade in deluxe category rate increase by 2000/Head for 2Days in Rangat.
Cancellation Policy
If any passenger cancel his tour programme then cancellation charges from the tour value will be as follows:
(AMOUNT SHOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL BILL)
• 120 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400/- PER SECTOR + 05% P/HEAD
• 90 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400/- PER SECTOR + 10% P/HEAD
• 60 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400/- PER SECTOR + 15% P/HEAD
• 30 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400/- PER SECTOR + 25% P/HEAD
• 10 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400/- PER SECTOR + 50% P/HEAD
• 05 DAYS BEFORE 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400/- PER SECTOR + 70% P/HEAD
• COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR TRAIN OR AIR CANCELLATION
• There will be no refund if the tour programme is cancelled by the Party/Customer before 48 Hrs of the commencement of the journey.
• In case of natural calamities, tour has been cancelled, 20% cancellation charge from total tour cost value.
Rules and Regulations
• Air/Train Ticket excluded from the tour package.
• In case of booking train tickets, Railway berth (Upper/Middle/Lower/Side Upper/Side Lower) reservation completely depends on railway authority.
• Rs. 7000/- per head for sleeper class, Rs. 9000/- per head for AC will be Paid to the company as an advance on the day of booking. Part payment will be paid after producing the Rail/Air ticket copy to the customer.
• Balance amount to be deposited before 15 days of the commencement of the journey in Kolkata office. Otherwise, it will be treated as cancelled.
• Passengers have to bear extra charges or, any other incidental charges due to disruption of communication that may happened which is beyond our control.
• Entire amount of advance payment will be forfeited in the case of journey cancelled by the party as per rules of the company.
• Kindly contact our office for details regarding fares cancellation & other services.
• When the tour is cancelled by the management the entire amount deposited by the party shall be refunded within 40 days from the schedule date of journey
• In case of single person full room fare of various sector of the said tour have to pay additionally along with the packaged tour amount.
